Shear
The Shear module will shear the current image in the horizontal (X) and verticle (Y) direction. This is
useful if your images are coming in a little lopsided and you need a quick routine (other than rotation) to
straighten then out.

Instructions
1. Specify the amount of shear (can be a decimal number) for horizontal and/or verticle shear.
