Outline Filter
The Outline filter is used to outline edges present within
the image. Similar to an outline convolution filter this filter reacts to
changes in intensity or color across edges. Sharper edges will result in higher
intensity values. The outline function uses a convolution filter size based on
the user specified window size. Results are then normalized and displayed as
grayscale values.
