connecting blob ends

Hi STeven,
Is there a way to sharpen the blob ends so that the connect points module can connect the two blobs shown in my example?

You could use the Skeleton module to reduce these to just lines ... but I'd check first with the Close module to see if that can do the job. It will dilate objects and merge objects that touch and erode till the same size is reached that it started with. Its the best way to close small gaps between blobs.
