Detect movement in JPGs

I have a time lapse camera taking a small JPG picture every 1 second for 15 hours a day to monitor a site.  I wish to quickly analysis all the files for 1 day (54,000) and identify the images that show movement, such as a car arriving or departing.  I see that Robo Realm can work with static files.  Might it be able to do what I need?  To save processing time I could first reduce the resolution using a Photoshop script.
