roborealm and MSRS simulation

I trying run the RoboRealmSimulation example but match the next error Creating service with contract(http://schemas.tempuri.org/2007/07/roborealmsimulation.html) failed. and i don`t know why?

1. Ensure that RoboRealm is running and has the API server turned on before running the MSRS service.
2. Ensure that all the files are in the correct location based on the MSRS tutorial at http://www.roborealm.com/help/MSRS.php
3. Can you paste the entire contents of the command console if you continue to have problems? That helps provide the error in context.
