Delta Frequency
The Delta Frequency module is used to detect quick movement, i.e. when a pixel is changing rapidly from
frame to frame. This happens when either quick movement is present or a grated object is passing through
the field of view of the camera.

Instructions
1. Select how many frames the delta should be accumulated over. The fewer the frames the slower the movement
need to be to trigger a visible effect.

to load a configuration that will say and print hello on the current image when you wave quickly at
your camera. Note that if you don't have MS Speech installed you will only see the "hello" text on
the screen.
