You do this indirectly. First by getting the RTSP module to capture the right image. Once you see the image in the main RR GUI you can then activate the Virtual Camera and specify that the image it should transmit is the Processed one. If you also plan to use the image within RR you can use the Marker module just after the RTSP module to call the image something like "my_image" and then specify that same marker in the Virtucal Camera "Use" dropdown.
