Those are probably the two main modules that you would want to use. Note the checkbox on the movement module that helps to eliminate global movement. This is required when the camera is moving as the entire scene will change and not just isolate the movement of the person. Note that this assumes enough of the image in view is stationary in order to work correctly.
I would also use a mean filter just before the movement module just to reduce any noisy pixels that could cause errors.
