TRansfered sequence to mini-maestro 24

Hi good people:
I just finished making an automated synthesis box using MM-24 channels. I transferred the sequence to the MM and installed a button for easier use. My problem is that when the power is shut down, sometimes the sequence restarts and some other times it continues from where it ended. Hence my question is:
How can I homogenize that? Preferably that every time the power shuts down the sequence restarts?

This might be a better question for Pololu but have you tried experimenting with the Serial Script Commands seen in
https://www.pololu.com/docs/pdf/0J40/maestro.pdf
specifically the Stop Script command? It might work to issue that command even if you think a script is not already running just to stop it after a reset.
