Dave,
They appear to offer a SDK with .Net and C libraries so it should be quite straightforward. Certainly its something that we are quite comfortable with but for someone that hasn't done much integration work over USB/Serial etc. may have a bit of a learning curve.
Its certainly possible to use the RR Plugin architecture to create a module that would work.
