Distributor Client and Server do not maintain connection

We have run into a problem with getting the Distributor client to maintain connection with the Distributor server. The connection works correctly as long as we only request the image but as soon as we select request variables the client disconnects from the server and goes through a cycle of connecting and immediately disconnecting with the distributor server.

We just checked both modules and they appear to be working as expected. What most likely is happening is some unknown variable type is causing the two modules to get confused and disconnection.
1. What version are you using on both machines? Can you upgrade to the latest?
2. Can you send the robofile for each? Its possible that one of the other modules used is creating this variable that is causing the problem.

We were using the latest version of roborealm on both machines. However, this issue no longer appears to be occurring. We are not sure what was causing the issue; if it occurs again we will update this forum
