Capturing probe pins positions on VB6 application

Hi,
Can you please advise some idea to capturing probe pins tips positions from image of probe pins view on VB6 application; for example:cycle to be appeared on each probe pin(similar application with the dice counting) and generate report for the center position of each probe pin. Image file of probe pins (.jpg) will be captured first and will be saved in specific folder before running the program. The sample image is attached.
