Full screen toggle

I see there is an option to startup in full screen, but can the function be toggled or controlled from a VB script?

I would like the machine to display a full 'splash' screen when idle, but when the machine is engaged, it will disable the splash screen and revert to a kiosk image.

Are you running the Kiosk mode also in full screen? Would this just necessitate changing the image?
