Hi,
We would like to export the X and Y coordinates from some blobs.
They are shown after using “Shape_Match, can we export al the coordinates of more blobs simultaneously?
Now we export to text file, then only the coordinates of the best match are exported, how can we export the coordinates of the other blobs?

Daan,
This is certainly possible. If you use the Geometric Statistics module that will create an array of COG coordinates for all blobs (assuming that radio button is selected) which can then be used in the Write Variables module to write that to a text file.
If you have something more specific that you are after, can you include a robofile (RR configuration file) with a example image? We can provide you with a full robofile solution.
