Ellipse matching

The circle matching module does not seem to do a good job when the objects are elliptical. It tends to either match it (over fit) with a very large circle or under fit with a smaller circle.

Would you be able to make an ellipse matching module so to better accommodate slightly elongated objects?

If so, how much would it cost?
