Blob circularity and morphology

Hi STeven,

I am trying to determine the circularity and morphology of transparent spheres. I am using edge detection and the circle module to locate them, but cannot determine their circularity or morphology (deformation or breaks). The circle module replaces the blobs with perfect circles, losing the information I am after.

I have run out of ideas. Can you suggest a better approach?
