Blob circularity

Hi STeven,

I am trying to determine the circularity of transparent spheres. I can successfully use edge detection and circle modules to locate them, but am having trouble determine the circularity or if they are morphologically deformed. The circle module fits a perfect circle as a blob and I lose any information about the circularity or morphology.

I'm out of ideas. Can you suggest a better approach?
