HELLO!
I have a problem of slow when I open an application that I have made with RoboRealm. If I have connected the laptop through the power cord works perfect me (CPU 46%), but if the laptop works only with the battery, the application is going very slow (CPU 100%).
Pentium (R) Dual-Core CPU T4300@2.10GHz
4.00 GB RAM
windows 7 32bit.
Logitech HD Webcam c615
It may be that the battery is bad?

No, your battery is probably ok. What happens when you unplug the laptop is that your computer goes into power saving mode. You need to adjust the settings to avoid that. It will eat more battery power but at least it will continue to run as expected. In many dual or multi core systems, some cores will shutdown when in battery mode to save battery but at the same time reduce performance.
