I have a connection, however if I try to use any of the controls in robot realm my computer crashes, I am using a bs2sx and have gotten it to respond to roborealm, my question is what is or could be happening, I am using an iogear bt and xp. I really want to get this working can u help.

JW,
Do you see the request to send an error report after you restart RR after a crash? Can you allow for that to proceed and add in your email address (so we know its you) in the text box provided where it explains about the crash report? This will allow us more information about what may be happening.
