Trouble installing

Purchased DVR and downloaded new file. Prior to installing updated RR file I uninstalled my original RR. I then attempted to install the RR file with DVR was informed that I had installed RR on to many computers and I needed to remove RR from my computer. At this time I do not have RR on any computer. How can I solve this issue? I used the "contact" option on the web site but it seems a little much to have to wait "seven" days, per the contatc form, for support.

We adjusted things from our end ... go ahead and give it a try again.
