Vincent,
We're not sure where that message would be generated from. What happens after you press the Ok button? Does the application exit? Or do you just not get the OR module inserted?
We updated the system to ensure that something would get printed to help us understand if this is a RR generated message or something that Windows is doing.
If the application does not exit after pressing Ok then please download the latest version again which should include some text.
Thanks,
STeven.

what happened when I clicked on the OR module was the prompt would come up I would press ok and the OR module would not start. every other module was working fine.
but
now i have downloaded the new version and i don't get the prompt and the OR is working. thank you so much for the reply and updating the software.

I just discovered I have the same problem Vincent describes when using version 2.44.18 but earlier versions (2.44.0 and 2.42.16) do not have this problem. These are the only versions I have used in recent months. The problem persists for me even if I reinstall 2.44.18.

Chas,
The culprit was a memory allocation issue that is now fixed. Can you download 2.44.19 and give things a try again?
Thanks,
STeven.
