HELP Arduino 328 with build in microcontroller Path Planning

Hi, anyone I am currently using Arduino 328, Has just discovered this useful software Roborealm, I do not understand the logic how actually the input of roborealm can be execute in Arduino, For example in some of the tutorial, creating a pathway of trajectory movement of the robot from X to Y,

My question
1. what is the starting point for arduino user

2. Will the program can be done in arudino environment (software)

3. what types of microcontroller and motor controller that is best suited for this robo realm

4. Are arduino user able to executes all the features such as object follower and path planning map, objet detection, etc
