Angle

i have five points A,B,C,D,E. a line passing through points A,B and another line passing through C,D intersect at E. i would like to know the angle made by these two lines at point E with reference to the line AB(positive angle or negative angle made by line CD with respect with AB).
please help me with a formula using points A,B,C,D.

Have a look at the atan2 function. Using that you can find the angle at point E by subtracting one line's angle from the other.
