Re Roborealm and leaf

Hi guys, quick question regarding roborealm and leaf robots. I have built a leaf robot who is now running, my main question is how do i integrate roborealm into leaf? i have read the api page and its about as clear as mud, please bare in mind i am a newbie with RR , my question is does anyone have any .robo files i can sneak a look at and as regards the lisp code in the api do i just cut and paste it into my leaf code, and if i do does it matter where it goes? at the end, in particular sections etc etc, any help espaecially a robo file would be a great help in geting me started,
