finally i fix the problem, first, i did open options window, and open the startup window, choose empty in "load RoboFile (program)" options box, and finally click ok,
second: disconect all usb devices attached to the pc, even mouse, then restart the pc, open again roborealm, and voila¡¡¡¡
THE PROBLEM was a com port conflict, so roborealm was pointing to com port2 at the startup, but this port was used by another usb device than the arduino, and caused an internal conflict,
so finally, change com port adress of your device to avoid future conflicts

Roger,
thanks for the followup. Naturally that would have been a very trick one to decipher!
Another possibility is to start RR while holding down the CTRL key which causes RR just to load without any robofile or camera connection ... but changing the options to load nothing as you noted also works.
Not sure what the seaport.exe program is. It doesn't have anything to do with RoboRealm as far as we know.
We will try to replicate this issue. Seems that even with the com port being used RR should not just freeze but error gracefully.
Thanks,
STeven.
