Please download the most recent RR version just to be sure that we are working with a most recent copy.

Then, if the error still persists can you describe more of what you see. Or perhaps post a screenshot of the error? When you say it does not work what do you see? A black screen? A popup complaining about invalid formats? RoboRealm just crashes?
