Does the Roborealm API provide support for Robot C ?

You mean can you call the API from Robot C? Where would Robot C be running? On the robot or on your desktop?

Would appear that the robot would be running Robot C and any communication between RR and RobotC would be using the wireless connection between the robot and a desktop. That would not support socket based API calls.
