RoboRealmSimulation & MSRS

Hi,
I'm new here, I'm trying to use the RoboRealmSimulation for MSRS, and I can't see the image in the web browser /roborealm, I can see it in RR application, but not in the web browser of MSRS, So I think that RR dont send back any information and I cant find why.. I just have redownload all the projects and no way..
Any Ideas? Thanks in advance

Hi,
I havent any reply from RR yet. I have this error now

I don't know what to do, it seems like if there are too many messages but I really dont know the reason...
