Hi,
How to detect a specific shape in an image ? and how to get the coordinates of corners for the detected shape?
Note: the specific shape can be presented as an image also...

Do you have a specific shape in mind? Can you include an example image shape and the image that you want to identify it in? If you can include them in the forum we can help you with that task.
You use the Matching->Shape Match module after thresholding the image into a black and white image. Your shape needs to be in white with the background in black. Once trained the Shape Matching module should be able to find that shape in the test image.
