Hi all, im planing on using a mini-itx board do use roborealm to make a rover.

http://www.via.com.tw/en/initiatives/spearhead/pico-itx/
Its specifications are:
via c7 1ghz processor
1gb ddr2 533mhz memory
on board video (256 share memory)
Im planing to use a 4gb memory stick as a HD and put wireless on it to control it from a laptop (so i don't need a monitor or keyboard).
And all this in a 100mm x 72mm motherboard.

So its possible to run roborealm whit 2 cameras on this? (they say it runs smooth Win XP)

Ricardo,

Seems like it should run nicely. Just make sure to get a dual usb connector so that you have one for each camera.

Note that this will definitely run RoboRealm nicely ... but that will also depend on what you want to do with it. Can it track colors? Yes, easily. Can it track more complex objects like vanishing points, yes, but maybe not at 30fps. Keep in mind that we first used RR on a 386 biscuit board to do line following which worked quite nicely running win98!

Nice board!

STeven.
