Hi,
I was wondering if you could help me out i am looking to connect 4 cameras surrounding each other like in diagram but fixed position and be displayed on a laptop.
What do you think?

Hi,
Forgot to include pic. I am trying to get a 360 view around robot and view it in realtime but no need to record it just watch. is this possible any help is greatly recieved.

Yes, this is possible with 4 cameras but you may not have a complete 360 degree view ... it will depend on the viewing angle of the cameras that you use.
What leads you to believe that this is not possible?

How would i do this i have no idea and just come across this website. please any help appreicated. i am not asking some to do it for me but some idea in what to do.

Ok,
We're not sure what you are having issue with but we'll start with the basics.
1. Purchase a laptop computer/mini ITX/etc with at least 4 usb ports
2. Purchase 4 usb webcams (pick any brand you like).
3. Attach all 4 cameras to your computer
4. Run RoboRealm and add the Display->Mosaic display module
5. Select each of the cameras in the first 2x2 square area
That should then display all 4 cameras on your laptop.
Perhaps you can provide some additional information as to where you are having issues with regards to the above steps.
