Which Kinect Sensor

Hi,
To get the kinect sensor to work. Do I need the windows kinect or the xbox kinect? There are also other sensors like the Asus Xtion. Will it work with that as well.

The Kinect module will with both the Windows and XBox versions assuming you follow the installation instructions on

Note that it will NOT work with the MS drivers.

The Xtion Pro will work with the OpenNI_Kinect using the regular install procedure for that device.

So all 3 versions are supported.
