i want to ask something...
can i use PDA or smart phone to handle roborealm besides using laptop

PDA - most likely not.
SBC- yes, assuming you can install Win98, etc. on it. We used a Biscuit Board on the Bucketbot that ran fine.

Another great option is any of the Netbooks. We have tested RoboRealm on several and it works nicely.
Smartbooks - not available just yet ...
