Displaying FPS

I've always displayed the FPS variable on the screen in 2.76.1.

However, in 2.87.30, I see 'Text Variable: FPS' cannot be displayed on the screen in kiosk mode. Unless I'm doing something wrong...

If you switch between edit mode and kiosk, it disappears..

It's so easy to workaround, I shouldn't have raised the issue in the first place.....
