Missing hardware error when trying to run a Pololu Maestro over USB

I receive a hardware not found error when I try to select the USB interface in the Pololu Maestro module.
I have tested the Maestro and it's working over USB in the Maestro controller software.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

The issue has been resolved. I had to install the 32bit version of RoboRealm to eliminate the error.

Thanks for letting us know ... we thought that the latest Maestro might have a different product ID than previous versions and were checking into that. Since it appears to work only for 32 bit apps that's a good note to have and we'll move on to other tasks.
