Hello! I'd like to know, is it possible with your software to count the quantity of pieces from those kind of images as attached below.

Sure, attached is one way. If you have an actual image from your packing line that might be a better example.

Ok, I'll take some exact photos, so do you have any other preferences about image? And how long it takes for your app to process the image and to count?

Actual images turn out to be more complex. Could you try to count this one?

Darkhan,

The attached works somewhat well on the image above. On your new image additional processing would be needed to ensure good reliability. While the attached does not work 100% it is a good start in the direction. What you will want to do now is to try to create a spot in the production line that can be used for product filtering and try to standardize on things like lighting, distance to product, etc. Once you have that better understood, taking 50 to 100 images can then be used to change the robofile to become much more stable. Doing so now will be a frustrating process as even small changes to the image could throw off the counts.

You will also want to ensure that focus and the camera is the same one for all images. When counting objects such as these having really good focus to pronounce the borders between objects is very important. Even on your test images the center of the image is much more in focus and works well. The problems occur on the edges.
