Hi,
We are going to make a colour based object tracking robot.Can u please reccommend a wireless camera that will come in the range of 30$.

Rose,
For that inexpensive price, you are probably looking at a TP-Link WR703N router ($25) with an inexpensive webcam ($10) and a bit of hacking to get OpenWRT installed on the device.
Only recommended for those willing to get into the internals of embedded devices.
