Tracking Person Shirt striped RGB

Im still trying to find a good way to track a person. Ive used a single color, while this works, once it sees the same color it just bumps right into that.
I was looking at Ringo's post about red green blue patturn but i coudnt get it to work. I would make a shirt have the RGB stripes on the back and that would make robot compare the colors beside eachother. I have no idea how to acheive this.
