AVM NV_TURRET_LEFT/RIGHT

Hello EDV,

the Variable NV_TURRET_LEFT and NV_TURRET_RIGHT works only in map mode?
I would need this variable also in marker mode for initialization.

I have fixed it in AVM Navigator v0.7.4.3.
