Phidget servo no found error

I'm trying to use the Phidgets Advanced servo board. I have installed the drivers, ran the "advance servo test full" solution from Phidgets (via Visual Studio 2010) and that works fine.

But when I use the phidget module in Roborealm, Roborealm keeps giving me an error saying no Phidget found.....

Anyone else seen this before, or is there a setup step I have missed?
