Is there any way to control new Orbit MP PTZ, since old modules cannot recognize it?
It always report error in wich it say that webcam cannot be found

Perhaps, we need to see if they have made any changes to the internal information that identifies the Orbit camera. Can you download, unzip and run
http://www.roborealm.com/downloads/USB.zip
This will create a c:\roborealm.log file that will include information about your camera ... be sure to run it when the camera is plugged in.
Can you send us the information (if any) that is included in that text file? This will help us understand your installation. If the file is blank then we will have to try something else.

Yup, those were the two lines we were looking for. Seems that there are 3 product id codes in use for the Orbit line of cameras. I think we now have all 3 integrated into RoboRealm. We've made the update. Please re-download RoboRealm and try it again.

I downloaded it and tried.
It works. And, yes. Looks like logitech actually makes those cams for different markets with different IDs... They even call them different: Logitech Obrit, Sphere, Orbit MP. Basically they are same, but with different drivers included... probably different revisions of software.

Good to hear.
Thanks for the Orbit clarification ... seems that there is a different product id for each version. We've also updated the documentation to include the Sphere and MP in the name.
