Can you describe what you are trying to do in more detail? You probably need a PC in there somewhere that connects to both the PLC and webcam.

pc yea obviously...actually i want to detect human motion for security purposes where webcam turn on at the instant when it detect the presence of unintetional motion and capture its photograph and record the video...and at the same time it sms on partiicular number.........
