Is there any chance of making the help available offline, eg. zip up the documentation as an additional download?
Sometimes I use RR offline and cannot access the help documentation. If I could download this to the local machine it would make life much easier.

As the documentation constantly evolves we just keep the website up-to-date. If you need a local copy check out some of those "download website" type tools that can cache a local copy of the RoboRealm website. You should be able to restrict it to the /help/ folder which will isolate just the documentation and ignore the other parts. Try searching on google for "website download".
