Active RR Web Server

Hey guys,
I am running the active RR web server and viewing it using Firefox on http://localhost:8080/index.html. The video stream runs extremely slow. As you can see in the attached image, RR is running at 25.6 frames per second (fps), explorer bar states a fps of 0.62 while the image is being refreshed even slower than that.
What could be slowing down the streaming of the video?

Nemanya,
We just verified that we get about 30fps with no filters in RR and using Firefox as the browser. I'd check your CPU utilization and see if you are maxing out your CPU. The Java applet used to run the video can be quite CPU intensive ... combined with RR running on the same machine you might be out of CPU.
Note that we tested this on a dual core machine.
