Logitech QuickCam Communicate Delux Trouble

Hi,
I am very excited to try the software it looks great. However, I am having trouble with my webcam. It is working with RoboRealm according to the Logitech software and the light on the camera, but the viewing window in the software remains black. Any advice would be great. THanks!

after a couple of restarts the QuickCam finally came up in video options, so nevermind, i'm all set!
