vbscript in vista

hey there is a thread already about this , but i downloaded the roborealm today but i still cannot use VBscript with vista home basic it still says... scriptsite.dll not found////

any solutions!!!!!!

You must be logged on as an administrator user and then run
"regsvr32 ScriptSite.dll" inside the roborealm directory
