Object recognition

Hi

i want to do some object recognition using RR.  what i have to do is process either a  video- recorded or real-time , identify some specific objects( lets say computerdevices in a lab eg mouse, keyboard...) and display a message about that object.

i need to create a database of the object that are to be recognised, and i hav to be able to stop the recording once an object has been identified, display a message and then move on.

can u help me plz?
