VBscript Crashing

I recently had 32bit Roborealm installed, everything was working fine. I then had to update to 64 bit for compatibility issues with another program (Genicam).

After doing this I can not get any VBscript modules to run without the program crashing and producing the attached error message.

Even with a fresh .robo file with example code from the Vbscript help page it still crashes. A one line script with just GetPixels crashes also.

When I take the Vbscript module out the crashing stops.

I tried reinstalling to no avail.

I'm thinking there may be some additional program related to VB that i need to update to 64 bit but not sure what to look for exactly.

Just looking for some additional troubleshooting steps to try.
