That's correct. Most of the statistics being calculated (perhaps with the exception of Color) require some signal to be present. At all black, the image, from RoboRealm's perspective, contains no signal. So things like area, center of gravity, etc. which all require a non-zero value are undefined.

How would you think this should be represented?

Or perhaps you would first want to negate the image (Negative module) that would then generate stats based on an all white image.

These statistic modules don't work with a black picture, see attached files. The list of variables is empty.
