system that follows a real glider performing aerobatics

Hello, totally new to RoboRealm.

I found you on http://www.endurance-rc.com/ where I found the servo pan and tilt for my project.

I need a system that follows a real glider performing aerobatics, to record the movie. I will mount a HD camera on the pan and tilt system but I need a SW that can track the glider.

Can you provide a solution?

Just following a color object in the sky will not be enough, because the glider is white and sometimes it is quite impossible to follow it with real eyes.

Maybe a radio system? or a Gps system? Something that from the glider can communicate the coordinates to point the camera to?

Any ideas?
